A card game where players try to minimize the range of six cards in their hand by swapping from the draw piles in order to challenge that they have the lowest score and go through to the next round. Your score is your highest card minus your lowest card minus any pro points and plus any bonus rule points.
The MINIMIZE deck consists of 78 cards, with 13 different numbers, 13 different colours and 13 different shapes. The deck has been designed so that it avoids duplication of each number/colour/shape combination.
On your turn you draw from one of the three draw piles and then discard a card. Some cards trigger actions such as being forced to swap more cards. Duplicate numbers deduct bonus points from your score (a good thing) but duplicate colours and shapes add points (a bad thing). When you think you have the lowest score you can challenge (but each player can only challenge once per round), and the player with the lowest score goes through to the next round, with play continuing. The last player left each round is eliminated and the player with the lowest score in the final round is the winner.
